Abiding In The Sacred – mini retreat

7am-noon ET, Sunday March 1, 2026; via zoom, led by Lawrence Edwards, PhD

Come home to the Divine within through the sacred practices of silence, stillness, mindfulness, meditation, mantra, chanting, contemplation and community. 

The 5 hour mini retreat will have periods of chanting, silent meditation, walking meditation, contemplation and discussion.  Everyone is welcome! Enjoy adding this extra empowerment of the sacred in your home and your practice!
