Kundalini, the power of the Divine within, is known by mystics and saints of every tradition, though by different names.  In this  5 session course, 2hrs each, we will explore the initial phases of our soul’s journey and Kundalini awakening. Practices will be given for calming the mind/body, deepening discrimination and opening awareness to the living Presence of the Divine – the Self in every moment. There will be ample time for discussions based on two of Lawrence’s books, The Soul’s Journey and Awakening Kundalini.  Please begin reading them before the course starts.
