SUMMARY:Living Meditation: Deepening & Expanding Practices\, 6 sessions
DESCRIPTION:Experiential Course – 6 Sessions – 1.5hrs each via Zoom\nSunday afternoons 4-5:30pm ET starting 5/4/25\n5/18\, 6/1\, 6/15\, 6/29 and concludes on 7/13/25. \nIf you can’t attend the live sessions\, you can take the course asynchronously and email questions or comments you’d like to share.\nRecordings of each session will be available online for 3 months for course registrants.\nFee: $250 for 9hrs – Venmo\, PayPal or Zelle (email info@thesoulsjourney if you need help with the fee)\nRegistration closes 5/3/25.  \nLearn how to deepen your practices and apply them in relationships\, work\, studies\, and everyday life.  Take advantage of the support of fellow meditators and the profound teachings that open the way to greater freedom. We will draw on a variety of practices including mindfulness\, mantra\, yoga\, devotion\, visualizations\, contemplations\, Kashmir Shaivism\, the Noble Eightfold Path\, and more!  Each session will have ample time for discussion and questions about your own practices.  Kundalini awakening can dramatically change practices as they become fully empowered by Shakti!  We’ll dive into Shakti Kundalini as the root power of all yogas.
