DESCRIPTION:Kundalini\, the power of the Divine within\, is known by mystics and saints of every tradition\, though by different names.  In this  5 session course\, 2hrs each\, we will explore the initial phases of our soul’s journey and Kundalini awakening. Practices will be given for calming the mind/body\, deepening discrimination and opening awareness to the living Presence of the Divine – the Self in every moment.
